Why should I have an estate sale?

Having an estate sale at your home allows you to sell all your unwanted items at once.  We bring the buyers to you which saves you time.  Our team of professionals also maximizes your profit by pricing each item to achieve the highest possible selling price in our current market.

When should I consider a buyout instead of an estate sale?

Buyouts work best for people who live in a neighborhood that doesn't allow traditional estate sales (such as gated communities and assisted living facilities), people who have only a few items for sale, or people who simply don't want to hold an estate sale in their home.  In a buyout situation, you will receive an agreed upon price for all of your items which are then removed from your home in a timely manner.

When would I need item removal services instead of buyout services?

When the cost of labor to remove the items you want to get rid of exceeds the value of the items, our item removal services could be the best option for you.  We offer lower prices than many junk removal services as we are able to sell the better items to dealers. The amount paid by the dealers offsets some of the labor costs involved in removing the items that can't be sold.  We can also arrange for the donation of certain items if you desire.

What move management services do you offer?

We have a wide range of move management services available including creating a move plan to make your move easier, helping you determine which items to move to your new residence, providing assistance sorting the items you wish to move to your new residence from the items you want to get rid of, arranging packing, moving, & cleaning services, and providing assistance unpacking and setting up your new residence if it is within our service area.  You can select one or all of our move management services which allows you to customize our services to meet your needs.

What are your item evaluation services?

We offer item evaluation services to those who would like to know what their items are worth.  We provide you with a realistic value of your items for our current local market in an estate sale or private sale setting.  This service is useful for families who need to divide an estate equitably.  We do not offer formal appraisals for insurance or tax purposes.

What types of items do you sell at your estate sales?

We sell furniture, vehicles, artwork, boats, jewelry, general household items, linens, clothes, small appliances, refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, lawnmowers, antiques, collectibles, decorative items, and almost anything else you want to sell.

Should I donate my general household items and clothing before my sale?

We recommend waiting until after the sale to make a donation. Having a large variety of items in your sale not only appeals to a wider range of buyers, but also allows you to achieve the highest possible sale total by having more items available for sale.

What do I need to do before I meet with you?

All you need to do before we meet is decide which items you intend to sell and which items you intend to keep.
